Service Description

A unique event combining meditative “GROOVE” dance with a soothing sound bath. Join us to move your body and calm your soul. This workshop is open to anyone seeking to explore the healing power of movement, sound and stillness. No prior experience is necessary—all levels are welcome. We will begin with a meditative GROOVE dance experience and end with a blissful Sound Bath. Please dress for movement, bring a yoga mat and plenty of water.
